Return and Exchange Policy
Number of return days: 14 days
Number of replacement days: 30 days
1- Return within 14 days and exchange within 30 days from the date of creating the order.
2- The free trial of oud is equivalent to 3 grams and more than that is considered the entire oud used.
3- The amount of oud used should not exceed 10 grams.
(The oud cannot be returned if more than 10 grams are used.)
4- Shipping is on the buyer.
5- The amount will be returned after receiving and weighing the oud.
6- The oud oil and mixtures should be tested on a cloth or handkerchief, i.e. not on the skin, with a few drops. This condition is the responsibility of the buyer.
7- Sprays and perfumes that are sealed cannot be returned or exchanged after opening.
